I've been drinking since 700am. I know what you are thinking. I slept 3 hrs last nite. I hate my job for the most part. Went for a 3 mile walk today. I think my back is finally better. I will try to work out Tuesday.

After completing the vodkathon Saturday night. I have thought we need to do this again and soon. I'm think Dec 1st after Too much Christmas. Most of you who did the first one have expressed interest in doing it again. This time it will be a sprint. We will only have four hours to complete the course this time. Now I put in the hands of the people to come up with different vodkas and vodka drink for us to drink this time. 
The reason for another Vodkathon so close to the first we have a lot of birthdays in late Nov and Dec and it's the opening weekend of Too much Christmas and We are Mad Lab and that's how we roll.

The day is finally here. After much debate and deep thought I have decided I will finish the Vodkathon with my friends. As long as I can see the kick off of the OSU@ Iowa kickoff in a bar and watch most of the game as we walk and torture our livers. I have a slogan for us as well gang "You don't judge a man by where he stands but by the number of drinks he can have and still stand" 10 stops, 10 shots, 10 different kinds of Vodka.
This week at work like all other in the past has sucked dead camel ass. I have been putting my odd collection of hats to use; wednesday I wore my monkey hat, thur I wore my crown, and yesterday I wore my furry pimp hat. It seems to keep my mood lighter. 
This will be a great weekend!!! Vodkathon and I have Mon & Tues off four day weekends kick ass. Time to go to the gym work out and get ready for the rest of the day.

Well it's monday and I do hate mondays. Over all today wasn't that bad. Started off well with a carry over from sundays rehearsal. I'm very happy with the discoveries they are making. The music for the hoods seem to help capture the mood.

In other news FFN continues to have another solid run. Now all we need are groupies. I'm moving down town in april that will make life so much easier. Closer to work and a lot closer to the Lab.

Mudcat has returned!!! Life is crazy sometimes... okay must of the time. Been kinda down the past few days. One of those things where you don't feel comfortable in your own skin. Don't know any other way to explain it.

Update on my diet and working out. That is going rather well lost about 5lbs so far. Pretty happy with that. I know the superbowl is going to really fuck that up. Plan on going to the gym in the morning.

I was really happy with the rehearsal on wed. The CBJ's are trying to kill me on their west coast road trip two nights of OT and shoot outs when one Mudcat has to be up at 4am is not good but as long as they win.

We had a really tight show tonight. Kicked ass!!!
